Job Title: Traveling Concrete Laborer/Finisher

Location: Nationwide Travel (HQ based out of Waverly, NE)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience (Per Diem $130/day paid weekly)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for skilled Concrete Finishers/Laborers who are willing to travel and take pride in their craft.

Job Summary

The Traveling Concrete Finisher/Laborer will be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on various job sites throughout the country. This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and experience in a variety of concrete techniques and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set forms, pour, level, and finish concrete for slabs, walls, footings, and more.
• Use tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, and power trowels.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve desired strength and durability.
• Read and follow blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members.
• Travel to job sites as needed (Full-time travel 6 weeks at a time).
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a concrete finisher.
• Proficient in hand and power finishing tools.
• Willing and able to travel for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  
  

Preferred

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience with commercial/industrial concrete projects.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
