Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvements to management.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to contribute to enhanced customer service initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
