Accounting Representative (Full-Time Remote)

Job Description


BAE Systems, Electronic Systems (ES) Sector is seeking an Accounting Representative to work remotely. Responsibilities Include

• Manages contract labor process such as weekly check support e-mail to agencies, new contractor set ups, contractor updates and responding to any questions/issues from agencies
• Assists in Procurement Accounts Payable aging issues
• Performs reconciliation of general ledger account activity
• Assists in travel exception reporting and clears errors in a timely manner
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Continues to improve accounting knowledge and skills through continuing education and training.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required
  
  
  
  

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent and two (2) Years’ experience in a related area; OR a High School education or equivalent with additional courses in Math and Accounting and a minimum of six (6) years directly related experience; OR equivalent experience.
• Exercises high clerical accuracy and independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Oracle

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $47488 - $75980

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
