We're looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to help us grow—by supporting marketing strategy, executing outreach campaigns, and helping us connect with the custom home builders, architects, and interior designers who align with our brand.

What You’ll Do
- Support and execute marketing campaigns across both B2C (luxury homeowners) and B2B (builders, architects, etc.) channels
- Collaborate with leadership to co-create and implement inbound and outbound marketing strategies
- Generate new referral partnerships by actively networking with custom home builders, architects, interior designers, and HOA leaders
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations including social content, email campaigns, CRM follow-ups, and light graphic design or vendor coordination
- Track performance and support ongoing improvement of marketing efforts with light data/reporting
- Help us tell our story—and refine it as we grow
- 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A balance of creative and strategic thinking
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (email, CRM, social media)
- The confidence to knock on doors, build relationships, and create opportunities
- Bonus if you’ve worked with small businesses or in the design/build industry
- Estimated Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000/year (based on experience and capabilities)
