Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a growth-focused sales and marketing strategy to expand Allegiance’s market presence in janitorial, security, and electrical services.
- Collaborate closely with the CRO to identify new market opportunities and align sales strategies with long-term company goals.
- Establish performance metrics for the team and monitor progress, with a focus on scalability and results.
- Oversee a growing team of inside sales and marketing professionals, with the flexibility to recruit, reassign, and scale resources based on strategic needs and growth targets.
- Identify key talent needs and build a robust recruiting pipeline to support the ongoing expansion of the inside sales & marketing team.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and hands-on training to develop team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Develop, implement, manage and optimize the performance of inside sales representatives, increasing overall lead generation activities
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including email drip campaigns, SEO, and website management, to support lead generation and increase bid opportunities.
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support sales pipeline growth.
- Leverage CRM tools to track and analyze lead generation, team performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data to provide actionable insights, adapt strategies, and maximize ROI.
- Produce regular performance reports for the CRO, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for team growth.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitive landscape shifts, and new target markets.
- Tailor sales and marketing approaches to position Allegiance as a premium provider in the janitorial, security, and electrical services sectors.
Proposal and RFP Management:
- Lead the development and standardization of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring high-quality submissions that reflect Allegiance's strengths and capabilities.
- Collaborate & lead the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations and materials that support the field sales team.
- Oversee the coordination and submission of RFPs, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Utilize CRM analytics and other reporting tools to monitor lead generation, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular performance updates to the CRO and other senior leadership on business development activities and outcomes.
- Continuously analyze the effectiveness of lead generation and marketing strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve targets.
