Full Job Description
Receive vehicles and perform services requested by customers, recommend services based on inspection. Stocking, organizing, and cleaning during down times.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer customer’s questions about services and advise customers on recommended services.
- Observe scheduled shift hours as assigned by Store Manager.
- Give all customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service.
- Receive, open, unpack, and check in merchandise to perform services.
- Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documentation.
- Perform oil changes and lubrication work.
- Work alongside skilled technicians to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance.
- Perform specific tasks as assigned by the store manager.
- Experience can include oil changes, basic maintenance.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
