A Day in the Life

  • Lead the annual budgeting, working closely with executive leadership and department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans that align with company objectives.
  • Drive accurate and timely financial forecasting, including sales, COGS, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budget and prior periods, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Act as a key financial business partner to various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Innovation), providing financial expertise, analytical support, and strategic guidance to aid in decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, pricing analysis, capital investments, and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analytical capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of financial analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial insights.
  • Support various ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within food and beverage, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior lead role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating these findings to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Thrives in a high growth environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Qliksense)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
