The Benefits & Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering the organization's benefits and compensation programs. This role ensures that the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's objectives and legal requirements.
This role can be worked from any Choice Bank location in MN or ND

Job Summary
The Benefits & Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering the organization's benefits and compensation programs. This role ensures that the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's objectives and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the organization's current compensation and benefits policies.
- Compare the organization's compensation and benefits programs with those of other companies in the same industry.
- Develop and present reports to HR and senior management.
- Assist in the design of cost-effective and attractive compensation and benefits programs.
- Review changes to the legal and regulatory landscape to ensure the company’s policies remain compliant.
- Ensure company policies adhere to federal and state laws.
- Work closely with the HR team to address and resolve employee compensation queries.
- Assist with annual performance reviews and recommend pay adjustments.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Develop policies and procedures that ensure the achievement of the company’s pay philosophy

- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies.
- Advanced understanding of compensation and benefit principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with vendors and senior team members.
