- Salary range for the Scheduler is between $65,000 and $75,000 USD annually and is based on experience
- Maintain your plant’s production scheduling plan (Mid – Long Term) so as to maximize resources, optimize inventories and ensure quality customer service
- Keep the planning board up to date and manage alerts relating to your function
- Manage the short-term contingency in collaboration with the person in charge of production
- Communicate variances and propose alternative scenarios in your planning horizon
- Be the backup for the short-term production schedule

You Too, Put Forward Your Strengths
- 2 to 5 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or a related supply chain role
- College diploma or degree in Planning, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, anticipate issues, and identify variances
- Accountability and a proactive mindset in solving scheduling and production challenges
- Effective resource management to optimize time, labor, and materials
- Clear and consistent communication with planning and production teams
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Customer-centric approach focused on service quality and responsiveness
