Xyte is looking for a highly motivated, organized, self starter, data-savvy and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
This dual-role position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - owning field marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement, while also building and maintaining the operational backbone of our marketing engine.
You’ll be instrumental in planning, preparing and managing online and physical events, and optimizing the marketing tech stack and processes to improve performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing programs and events to drive demand and support sales goals (e.g., conferences, webinars, partner campaigns, awards, newsletter and nurturing campaigns)
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Partner teams to align marketing efforts with local market needs
- Own planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, in-person activations and online events, including logistics, staffing, preparations and post-event follow-u.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in priority segments or territories
- Create presentations, videos, blogs, vlogs, to support Sales and lead generation efforts
- Create, execute and monitor a social media plan including posts, content, event promotions, and community engagement
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant discussions
- Manage marketing platform (Hubspot) to ensure accurate tracking, data hygiene, reporting, attribution, and data analysis
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports to provide insights across the funnel
- Own lead management processes and work closely with SDR/BDR team to ensure timely routing and followup
- Support campaign execution with process automation, list management, and email operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience marketing B2B tech products
- Experience with trade shows and field marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and marketing operations
- Generalist capable of wearing many hats
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced early stage environment
- Experience managing external agencies
- Self-motivated, creative and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to twice a year
- Background in cloud technologies.
- Background and experience in the AV (audio-video) industry.
