As a Senior IT Engineer, you’ll serve as a go-to expert and engineer across Microsoft user computing, server, and security environments. You'll help ensure that users around the world have a secure, stable, and fully functioning computing experience.
You’ll take the lead in engineering, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure—while also providing second-level support to the broader IT Infrastructure team. This full-time position is based at our Skidaway Island Corporate Headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, with opportunities for flexible working hours, Monday through Friday. Relocation Assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop a multi-country cloud based infrastructure for the Microsoft Azure environment, including the finalization of VMWare to Azure server migrations
- Manage the Office 365 environment including license management, SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams administration
- Monitor Azure performance, storage, and spending
- Provide consultative advice to other IT personnel for troubleshooting and project related topics across the networking, endpoint and server domains.
- Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's to support the IT staff to perform as much of the user-facing administration as possible.
- Act as second level support for service related incidents
- Support the cybersecurity function through Microsoft Defender and Azure Sentinel administration and the implementation of recommended actions from penetration tests and responses to cyber security related events.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Naturally curious and eager to stay ahead of tech trends; a lifelong learner
- Excellent communication skills & exceptional customer service attitude
- Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues
- Solid understanding of standard networking and Internet concepts
- Proven experience on Scripting – PowerShell, VBScript, or other languages
- Experience working within an ITIL based IT environment.
- Intune, Office 365, Active Directory and Entra and Group Policy Management and Deployment
- Remote control tools
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to discover, learn and implement technical topics quickly
- Proven ability to create technical design documentation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
