This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, forklifts and handcarts. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- Accurately receive, inspect, store and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Inspect freight for accuracy and damage and verify receiving tickets against part numbers to ensure accuracy and report damages, shortage, discrepancies and out of line conditions
- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Complete customer orders for shipment and transport orders to shipping docks or other areas as directed and follow all packaging requirements and regulations
- Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers always
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Perform cycle count and report the count and out of line conditions to the warehouse lead
- Maintain neat, clean, orderly, safe and secure work and storage areas and charge forklift, stock chaser and batteries as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment daily and general housekeeping in assigned areas as assigned and optimize space utilization
- Performs all functions necessary to track various aspects of goods using SAP program
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the warehouse lead
- Other duties as assigned
- Fundamental understanding of inventory control and materials handling.
- Prior forklift experience or the ability to become certified.
- Skilled in reading comprehension, writing, and basic math knowledge.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects
