Pay for this position is $16.83/hour. This is an Hourly position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Durable Medical Equipment Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that durable medical equipment is properly maintained and safe for patient use. Responsible for the thorough cleaning, decontamination, disinfection, and maintenance of durable medical equipment used across all patient care units to maintain patient safety and prevent-cross contamination. Ensures that durable medical equipment is properly maintained to ensure functionality and safety. Addresses the needs of clinical staff and patients by promptly fulfilling equipment requests, troubleshooting issues, or assisting with the setup of equipment in patient rooms as efficiently as possible.

- $1.75 2nd shift differential**

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
