About The Role

The Assistant Executive Director works alongside the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, support departmental leaders, and ensure our residents and associates experience the very best of Senior Star every day. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who brings energy, compassion, and a drive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A valid Missouri LNHA license is required.

• Support all operational and departmental functions of the community
• Lead and mentor associates to deliver Legendary Hospitality and care
• Partner with Sales & Outreach to support occupancy growth
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Champion Senior Star’s mission, vision, and culture
  
  

What You Bring

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri (required)
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality leadership
• Proven skills in team leadership, operations, and customer service
• Financial oversight and budgeting experience
• A self-starter mindset with strong communication skills
• A deep commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults
