Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct administrative support to senior executives and account managers
- Organize client files, schedule meetings, and maintain internal records
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings
- Coordinate account logistics, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate billing and invoicing records in collaboration with the finance department
- Liaise with clients professionally and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or client support role
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level clients and executives
