Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess leadership needs and identify development opportunities.
- Conduct research and stay current with best practices in leadership and talent development.
- Monitor progress and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and peer-learning activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and recommendations.
- Support talent planning strategies and succession management efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- A passion for developing others and a growth-oriented mindset.
