Your job is to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify leads for our IT sales team. You’ll research prospects, initiate contact through phone calls and emails, and set up meetings for our sales consultants. What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential business clients who could benefit from our IT solutions.
- Initiate outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding pain points, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- 1+ year of experience in a lead generation, outbound sales, or telemarketing role (bonus if it's in IT or B2B).
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to spark interest and keep a conversation flowing.
- Driven, curious, and not afraid of rejection (you see “no” as just the start of the conversation).
- Basic understanding of IT services or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
