Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment on objectives
Support project managers with administrative tasks, documentation, and reports
Track budgets, resources, and schedules to prevent delays or overspending
Assist in preparing presentations, project plans, and post-project reviews
Facilitate meetings and maintain records of project decisions and next steps
Work across departments to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
