In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert on grid-forming inverter systems, supporting utility interconnection, solution design, and deployment across the renewable energy and critical infrastructure landscape. You’ll also represent our company and technology leadership by speaking at trade shows and industry events.

In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert on grid-forming inverter systems, supporting utility interconnection, solution design, and deployment across the renewable energy and critical infrastructure landscape. You’ll also represent our company and technology leadership by speaking at trade shows and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, specification, and implementation of grid-forming inverter-based systems for utility-scale solar, BESS, and data center applications
- Lead technical discussions with utilities, project developers, EPCs, and consultants regarding grid services, dynamic support, and system interoperability
- Present technical content at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows to evangelize grid-forming solutions and share real-world performance outcomes
- Deliver technical training to external stakeholders on inverter capabilities, system integration, and compliance requirements
- Provide field engineering support during commissioning and operational phases, helping troubleshoot and optimize large-scale installations
- Develop application guides, white papers, and technical documentation to support product adoption and industry education
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and R&D to ensure evolving market needs are addressed
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with inverter technologies, power systems, Data Centers or grid-tied energy infrastructure
- Deep understanding of grid-forming functionality, including voltage and frequency regulation, black start, and islanding support
- Familiarity with interconnection standards and utility compliance frameworks (IEEE 1547, UL 1741 SB, NERC standards)
- Experience in utility engagement, power system modeling tools (e.g., PSCAD, PSSE, DigSILENT PowerFactory), and control architecture
- Confident public speaker, capable of delivering compelling content to both technical and non-technical audiences at industry events
- Drive real transformation in how large-scale power systems are stabilized and decarbonized
- Work with cutting-edge grid-forming inverter technology redefining renewable grid integration
