Job Description:

Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time. Integrate engineering elements into unified architectural designs. Prepare scale drawings or architectural designs, CAD or other tools. Design ideal camera and shelving layouts using constructed 3D floor plans from blueprints. Optimize the flow of customers (both ingress and egress) at a customer’s location using real world 3D simulations with AutoCAD. Analyze large amounts of data to come up with optimized performative design for various customer or client locations. Build data pipelines to analyze and optimize layouts from the customer foot fall data. Create interior designs in 3D for retail establishments. Create ActiveX Automation scripts for AutoCAD with Python (Pyautocad). 10% domestic travel required, for installation of hardware at client locations.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, or a related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered, as an Architect, or a related occupation. Requires 6 years of experience in:

• 3D Interior design and interior simulations with Autocad;
• Building data pipelines to analyze and optimize layouts from the customer foot fall data;

• Building Pyautocad ActiveX automation scripts and 3D simulations.
  
  

Salary Range: $160,000-165,000/year
