Are you organized, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join Associa as a Scheduler/Work Order Coordinator and contribute to the efficient operations of our growing portfolio. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our property management team.

- Communicating with contractors and homeowners.
- Making appointments and following up on work orders.
- Producing reports and work orders.
- Reviewing insurance reports.
- Computer/Tech savvy.
- Able to use Excel.
- Detail oriented.
- Being oganized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Great email/telephonic customer service communication.
