$4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Full-Time (Evening and Night Shifts Only)

Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA 16504 is hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse for night shifts. This is a great opportunity for an RN Registered Nurse looking for a stable schedule, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
• Optional 8-hour shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  
  
  

Position Type: Full-time RN Registered Nurse (Part-time may also be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to maintain care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and nursing regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive care environment.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
