Are you our next great Field Recruiter/Development Coordinator?
This role is responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and hiring skilled candidates for our various field construction positions. Additionally, you will serve an HR Liaison/Mentor to our crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.

This role is responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and hiring skilled candidates for our various field construction positions. Additionally, you will serve an HR Liaison/Mentor to our crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities, But Not Limited To
- Sourcing and identifying construction field candidates through various methods including cold calling, canvassing, referrals, job boards, etc.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
- Creating and monitoring all recruitment and help wanted ads.
- Continuously maintain a pipeline of candidates through referrals.
- Establishing and maintaining industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, career services/resources, etc.
- Onboarding new employees, including filling out I-9 and new hire paperwork.
- Conducting orientation, including preparing all welcome packets and paperwork.
- Serving as an HR rep/liaison with the field workers.
- Serve as primary contact for calls regarding help wanted ads.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals.
- Schedules and conducts new hire orientation and ensure completion of new hire paperwork including, I-9, direct deposit, background and MVR.
- Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must have valid state driver’s license in good standing.
- Must be customer driven and results oriented.
- Previous sales or field recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in fast-paced settings and handle multiple projects and tasks.
- Must be able and willing to start as early as 5am.
- Must be available for overtime and some weekends.
- Hours will change due to ongoing project/construction needs.
- Annualized Base Salary: $70k - $80k DOE
