Summary
Responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless flow of medical supplies and equipment. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to assess current operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to support hospital supply chain objectives. Works closely with supply chain colleagues and departmental leadership to update educational materials to align with changes to processes and policies.
Job Duties
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

Summary

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to assess current operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to support hospital supply chain objectives. Works closely with supply chain colleagues and departmental leadership to update educational materials to align with changes to processes and policies.
Job Duties
- Analyze existing supply chain workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, finance, and clinical teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows. Document detailed business requirements, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather feedback on current processes and policies. Manage the centralized repository for policies and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to drive continuous process improvements and facilitate review of policy and processes that are coming up for review/approval.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years in business process-related roles; preferably within a supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (i.e., Visio).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (i.e., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
