You will be a Pricing/Proposal Estimating Manager, leading a team that supports complex and high-visibility proposal efforts and business cases across the Precision Fires portfolio. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and excellence in proposal development.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Pricing/Proposal Estimating Manager, you will develop and execute bid and negotiation strategies, interface with Program Executive leadership and external customers, and drive process innovations to improve proposal efficiency. You will lead a team of individual contributors, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements.
