The IT End User Compute Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and improving computing systems to ensure reliable and efficient technology operations the Lifetouch field organization. This professional will focus on system maintenance, user support, network security, documentation, conducting testing, and providing technical assistance to Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios. The position requires exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with end users and a strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities
The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
Minnesota: [$67,500-$81,000]

The position requires exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with end users and a strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the System Engineering, FTS personnel, and vendors to deliver end-user solutions aligned with company standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system configurations to support business processes, emphasizing reliability, consistency, and compliance.
- Perform configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for remote environments.
- Provide technical support for Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios to enhance operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., PCI standards).
- Document processes, and maintain detailed records of technology operations.
- Implement and support network security measures to protect digital assets and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in large-scale project implementations by providing technical expertise and hands on support
- Assist in change management and project planning, including scope, resources, and time constraints.
- Technical/vocational degree in computing, networking, or an equivalent field.
- 5-8 years of technical experience related to systems maintenance, user support, and project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical end users.
- Knowledge of business processes, change management, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and configuration tools (eg., ADManager)
- Ability to facilitate collaboration, and work across disciplines and organizational levels.
- Experience working within IT environments supporting large-scale projects and geographically distributed personnel.
- Knowledge of Lifetouch operations and familiarity with the needs of JCPenney Studios.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and customer service excellence.
- Regional travel up to 25% of the time
