Job Duties

Provide personalized care following a written care plan

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

Offer companionship and emotional support

Transport clients to errands and appointments

Monitor and report changes in client condition

Requirements

20-25 hours/week availability

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Can lift up to 25 lbs

Clear Level II criminal background check

Certifications

CPR, DOEA Alzheimer’s/Dementia, HIV/AIDS (we can help you get these)
