We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Novi, MI.As part of the senior management team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Design marketing strategies for new and existing products for all divisions.
  • Work with all divisions and Product Management
  • Develop marketing strategies by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness; design content creation. community management and campaign planning; track data analytics
  • Track promotional contributions and performance. Report statistics.
  • Increase market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each identified core brand directing promotional support.
  • Provide short - and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Develop a research database by identifying and assembling competitive marketing information, Customer, Products, Brands, Price, Services.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to increase market share.
  • Oversee the market data analysis for the corporation, evaluate and make recommendations for growth.
  • Work with sales, product management and pricing to develop market-place pricing strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams from Creative, Product Management, e-Commerce and the divisions to produce effective promotional materials.
  • Identify and manage any 3rd party marketing partners.
  • Create Customer & Supplier marketing presentations.
  • Develop supplier campaigns and schedules for the annual marketing calendar.
  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets

Required Experience

Desired Background:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or work equivalent
  • Experience in creating exceptional sales strategies
  • Track record of developing strategic goals and delivering superior results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
