Do you love creating engaging learning experiences that help protect vulnerable people—and believe that abuse is preventable? We’re looking for a Learning Experience Facilitator to empower organizations to create safer environments through impactful training and certification programs.

At Praesidium, you’ll:

Facilitate in-person and virtual certification workshops

Adapt curriculum to diverse industries and audiences

Confidently lead sensitive conversations with compassion

Travel nationally up to 50% of the time

Grow your instructional design skills alongside a collaborative team

This role requires both heart and skill—someone with the charisma to engage adult learners and the resilience to guide conversations about challenging topics.

We’re looking for someone who:

·      Has at least 3 years of experience facilitating training for adult learners

·      Can create an engaging, interactive learning environment (not just lecture)

·      Is comfortable addressing emotionally heavy topics like abuse prevention

·      Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Embraces feedback and continuous learning

·      Is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization

Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is a strong plus.
