Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday call required
Base Hourly Rates (Based on Years of Experience):

Position Summary:
Join a high-performing Cath Lab team as a Registered Nurse, delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic and specialized cardiovascular environment. This position involves prepping patients, assisting physicians with catheterization procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients throughout the procedure and recovery. The role offers a balance of clinical challenge and lifestyle, with the added benefit of living in the scenic community of Anchorage, Alaska.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday call required
Base Hourly Rates (Based on Years of Experience):
- 0-5 yrs: $38.79 - $42.68/hr
- 6-10 yrs: $43.95 - $49.25/hr
- 11-15 yrs: $49.25 - $53.68/hr
- 16-20 yrs: $53.68 - $56.74/hr
- Evenings: +$2.75/hr
- Nights: +$4.65/hr
- Weekends: +$2.50/hr
- On-Call: +$4.50/hr
- +$2.00/hr for RNs with approved, job-relevant certifications beyond position requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and the Cath Lab team for quality care delivery
- Participate in weekend and holiday call rotations
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate in accordance with policy
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active RN license (must be eligible in Alaska)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience:
- Cath Lab or Critical Care RN experience preferred
- Acute care experience required
- Education:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
