Molekule is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Operator to join our Filter Manufacturing team in Lakeland, Florida. This is an independent role, responsible for reverse logistics, forklift operations and ensuring efficient inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone with strong warehouse and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Molekule is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Operator to join our Filter Manufacturing team in Lakeland, Florida. This is an independent role, responsible for reverse logistics, forklift operations and ensuring efficient inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone with strong warehouse and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently process customer orders, shipping, and receiving materials and finished products
- Inspect inventory for damage, document findings, and complete necessary paperwork
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other inventory tracking tools
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in month-end and year-end cycle counts
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, stock labeling, and inventory accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack and store products and materials within the warehouse
- Prepare shipments by palletizing, strapping, and stretch-wrapping, before loading
- Create shipping and return labels in the system
- Track and update records of all received and shipped materials within the WMS
- Work with internal customer support teams and numerous logistics carriers (domestic and international) to coordinate shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to streamline workflow and meet operational goals
- Independently manage warehouse flow, organization, and material staging to support manufacturing operations
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any operational issues
- Adhere to all safety standards and GMP guidelines, including wearing PPE (safety shoes, glasses, protective gear, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office tools
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required)
- Must be able to read and follow SOPs
- Ability to lift and carry equipment/devices up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively based on business needs
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, barcode scanners or RFID technology is a plus
