The Data/Forecasting Analytics & Pricing Administrator position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a strategic mindset. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts. This role is part sales operations market/forecasting data analyst, part pricing administrator and is responsible for executing, support, maintenance, and improvement of our sales data platforms. The Pricing Analyst will work with complex data sets to help the business determine and set competitive pricing to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. This is a highly analytical role that requires administrators to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins for a competitive market and customer demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Data/Forecasting Analytics Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Senior Marketing Analyst on strategic forecasting.
- Analyze customer data, market and economic conditions and competitor information to predict trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior to develop predictive models and forecasts.
- Develop and execute statistical models to determine market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to help validate customer data and optimize target market alignment with manufacturing resource/capacity (SIOP) plans.
- Support Sales Operations with all sales data analysis and reporting efforts needed.
- Analyze customer behavior to develop predictive models and forecasts.
- Develop and execute statistical models to determine market opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to help validate customer data and optimize target market alignment with manufacturing resource/capacity plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insight into pricing strategies and market trends.
- Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.
- Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
- Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
- Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new market segments.
- Forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
- Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
- Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.
- Keeping informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
- Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
- Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be extremely detail oriented.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Epicor, PowerBi, and CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, independently manage and prioritize simultaneous requests, and succeed laterally and upwards.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of pricing models, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Ability to write and read English.
- Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, Business Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of Aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years Data Analytic experience preferred.
- Strong data management abilities.
- This is not a supervisory position.
- The work is primarily sedentary, although there may be some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of items, such as paper or books, weighing less than 10 pounds.
- Work primarily performed in a standard office environment. If in manufacturing areas requires protective eyewear and/or hearing protection.
