Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager-Global Sales & Strategic Accounts who will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across research, clinical development, and pharmaceutical sectors. The Senior Manager for Global Sales & Strategic Accounts role includes the development and maintenance of key customer relationships, execution of sales plans, CRM management, and frequent domestic and international travel (up to 50%) to support account growth and partnership development.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $175,000 plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties And Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Plan Execution: Carry out defined sales strategies to achieve growth targets across assigned territories and customer segments.
- New Customer Development: Identify and engage new clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, and research institutions.
- Key Account Support: Build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts; ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Travel & Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (domestic and international).
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date account and opportunity data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), track pipeline activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (clinical, R&D, technical) to ensure alignment with customer needs and project success.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to inform commercial efforts and product positioning.
- Sales Metrics: Report on key sales performance indicators, including pipeline progress, close rates, and customer engagement.
- Manage Sales Team: Manage and develop sales team to meet strategic objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within life sciences, pharma, biotech, or a related industry.
- Experience working with or selling into research, clinical development, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, grow new business, and close sales in a complex, consultative selling environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international trips.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Requires frequent leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, grasping, and reaching above the shoulders and below the knees.
- Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 40 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Fine motor coordination and strong depth perception is beneficial.
- Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
