We are looking for an intern to join our Data and Merchandise Planning Department full-time for a duration of at least 4 months.

The Internship Has Two Main Objectives

Merchandise planning at Bellerose is involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from creating a collection plan for the designers to developing strategies for selling off unsold items after sales:

To Acquire Knowledge In Several Areas Of Merchandise Planning

• Building the collection plan
• Identifying best sellers
• Optimizing store stocks (automatic restocking, transfers)
• Allocating leftovers among different channels

To deepen understanding of certain topics to adapt and improve existing models:

• Measuring the accuracy of sales forecasts and identifying areas for improvement
• Assessing product performance differences between countries and evaluating the need for differentiated assortments
  
  

The primary contacts during the internship the Merchandise Planner & Allocator, the purchasing director, and the Chief Data officer. However, many other interactions are expected with other departments: design, production, stores, IT.
