JOB SUMMARY:

Clean buildings and skids prior to shipping.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General cleaning of the assembled buildings and skids.
• Use of vacuum, mops, brooms, cleaning supplies, and other cleaning items.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and cleaning tools to prevent damage to the buildings and skids.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience

Education: High school diploma / GED or equivalent

Related Experience:

• Willingness to learn and take directions from experienced electricians.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Able to meet deadlines, prioritize activities, and obtain information when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
