This role is a key member of the Coupa Team within the Finance Division, responsible for leading Coupa platform administration and driving strategic initiatives across Source-to-Pay processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, a proven aptitude for process improvement, and a proactive approach to change management and training delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Coupa Sourcing and Contracting modules, ensuring optimal configuration and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead procurement and finance projects, including upgrades, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver Coupa training and documentation to promote best practices.
  • Build Power BI and Excel dashboards/reports to support Source-to-Pay decisions.
  • Recommend scalable improvements and automation using Alteryx and Process Automate.
  • Coordinate project plans and timelines with stakeholders for timely execution.
  • Manage Coupa releases, upgrades, and configurations with IT and business teams.
  • Ensure SOX and internal governance compliance.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent work in:
    • Management or Business Information Systems (MIS/BIS)
    • Computer Science or Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management/Operations
    • Agile project management/delivery, process improvement, change management, automation adoption, S2P processes/platforms or related functions.
    • Coupa or other Enterprise Source-to-Pay systems (ex. SAP Ariba)
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and governance.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Skilled at balancing priorities and delivering results efficiently.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused; expert at driving change.
  • Proficient in Power BI development, Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, and Azure DevOps.
  • Passionate about process optimization and tech enablement.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
