Field Investigator/Spotter Driver

Due to our companys growth, we are now hiring full-time Field Investigator. In the Field Investigator position, you will drive a late-model, company-issued car in designated areas and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. You will NOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped with in-cab computers so that you always have direct access to your team. Each vehicle is also equipped with camera technology, which scans other vehicle license plates as you drive. This process helps you locate vehicles that are subject for repossession by our recovery agents; they handle the actual repossession, not you! You will also be issued a company-provided fuel card, so all work-related expenses are paid by UR2.

United offers intensive training for our newly hired Field Investigators at our corporate headquarters in Collierville, TN. During the four day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routes and make contact - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator.

Required Experience

What we are looking for:

• A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
• A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
• An excellent communicator. Knowledge is power and the ability to clearly communicate that information makes you a power-player in the field.
  
  

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance
