We are seeking an On Site Live Chat Support for our research team. This role will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients on-site at various research locations. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position and requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.

Compensation Range: $59K - $60K
We are seeking an On Site Live Chat Support for our research team. This role will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients on-site at various research locations. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position and requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in live chat conversations with clients and provide prompt and efficient support.
- Answer any questions or concerns related to the research project, procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all chat conversations and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate updates or changes in research procedures to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for the clients.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and type quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of live chat software.
- Experience in a research or data-driven environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
