Registered Nurse - Service Center

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Service Center in Yakima, WA. This part-time, non-exempt role involves providing patient care via phone, including triage, answering inquiries, care coordination, and first-call resolution.

• Support patients by assessing needs, guiding them to resources, and documenting interactions.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and scheduling agents to ensure quality, empathetic care.
• Requirements include active WA RN license, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and BCLS certification within 90 days. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
