Job Overview
The manufacturing process study engineer is responsible for measuring, optimizing, and improving assembly process using lean manufacturing principles. This role focuses on waste reduction, efficiency improvement, and workspace optimization while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance assembly steps, reduce costs, and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Overview
The manufacturing process study engineer is responsible for measuring, optimizing, and improving assembly process using lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineer or any engineering discipline with Minimum 4 to 7 Years of experience in medium or heavy-duty manufacturing industries such as Metal fabrication, Machine shop, Forge shop.
- Proficiency in time study methodologies, work measurement techniques, and process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Experience of different manufacturing processes & its relative machinery, Tools & Tackles, Jigs & Fixtures and Inspection methods and gauges
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Responsible for creating and implementing new processes or procedures to increase efficiency and cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes
- Establishing bench marking, improvised ergonomics, latest methodologies /tools/processes
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency improvements
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, )
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
