SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with all phases of the Division I Women's Lacrosse program at the University of Richmond. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching and student-athlete skill development, recruiting, administrative tasks related to the operation of the program, and providing a positive collegiate experience for student-athletes.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT: Regular travel required (recruiting and team travel).

  • Ability to lead/manage others
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching Women’s Lacrosse is required
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of social media is preferred

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years experience coaching on the collegiate level is highly desirable

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week. Weekends and travel required.

SALARY STRUCTURE: Salary Exempt, Full-time with Benefits

Hiring Range $23,660.00 to $61,830.00 annually
