SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with all phases of the Division I Women's Lacrosse program at the University of Richmond. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching and student-athlete skill development, recruiting, administrative tasks related to the operation of the program, and providing a positive collegiate experience for student-athletes.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT: Regular travel required (recruiting and team travel).
Qualifications
Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week. Weekends and travel required.
SALARY STRUCTURE: Salary Exempt, Full-time with Benefits
Hiring Range $23,660.00 to $61,830.00 annually

- Ability to lead/manage others
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations is required
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching Women’s Lacrosse is required
- Strong understanding of all aspects of social media is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- 2-4 years experience coaching on the collegiate level is highly desirable
