The Manager of Supply Chain Logistics, Inventory, and Loss Prevention is responsible for supervising the efficient movement, storage, and protection of goods across the supply chain. This role ensures optimal inventory control, minimizes shrinkage, and implements strategic loss prevention measures. The manager leads cross-functional coordination among procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, and security to maintain cost-effective, accurate, and secure inventory management that supports organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

To perform this job successfully, the team member must have the following education and/or experience.
Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, and demand management.
Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and ERP inventory modules.
Experience in conducting investigations, audits, and implementing security protocols.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Experience maintaining SOPs in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Must be able to complete assigned tasks using multiple data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for KPI reporting and process optimization.

- Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Develop and implement logistic strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Lead and enforce loss prevention strategies, including shrink control, asset protection, and investigation protocols to mitigate inventory loss and theft.
- Work in conjunction with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Finance, Sales) and external vendors to maintain a seamless and transparent supply chain.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Manage and develop logistics and inventory staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and leadership to build a high performing team.
- Utilize ERP/WMS system to track inventory movement, maintain accurate records, and support decision-making.
- Respond to supply chain disruptions with contingency planning and efficient problem resolution to minimize operational impact.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Directly supervise one or more employees.
- Apply supervisory responsibilities according to organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Interviews, hire, and train employees by planning, assigning and directing work; setting goals for staff; evaluating and managing employee performance; addressing complaints and resolving employee issues.

- Supply Chain Management:
Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, and demand management.
