This is a full-time, on-site role working directly with Sales and F&I teams at one of our high-performing Hyundai, Genesis, or Chevrolet dealerships. You’ll manage all inbound leads from our websites, third-party sources, and digital campaigns—owning the process from first contact to final appointment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle all internet, phone, and text inquiries with speed and professionalism
Set, confirm, and coordinate in-store appointments with the sales team
Guide customers through trade valuations, credit applications, and online tools
Maintain detailed CRM notes and daily lead tracking
Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize appointment show rates and closing ratios
Ensure a smooth digital-to-showroom handoff for every customer
Monitor lead source effectiveness and provide performance feedback
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in automotive internet sales, digital lead handling, or BDC
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable communicating via phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
Highly organized and detail-oriented with follow-up skills that drive results
Professional, motivated, and customer-first mindset
Experience working alongside a dealership sales team or floor managers preferred
