We are looking for a talented, mid to senior level experienced, and extremely creative Web UX/UI Graphic Designer to join our E-Commerce team. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate alongside key stakeholders in E-Commerce, Marketing and Creative to create digital assets that will be critical for brand growth. This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves conceptualizing visuals as much as they love executing them. The Web UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating a best-in-class user interface and experience for our website.

• Reporting to VP of Ecommerce
• Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA
• Hybrid Partial In-Office 3-4 Days / Partial Remote 1-2 Days
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for all UX/UI design needs related to website A/B testing.
• Oversee UX/UI brand needs, seasonal marketing and brand objectives for our website.
• Collaborate with E-commerce merchandising, web development, CRO manager, VP of Ecommerce & digital marketing teams to create appealing landing pages and experiences that drive strong engagement and conversion on our website.
• Maintain visual brand integrity while considering new trends and seasonal concepts, all while delivering assets with the proper web and mobile requirements.
• Ensure site is up-to-standards with the latest Accessibility guidelines.
• Partner with CRO manager to establish & maintain user accessibility testing process.
• Deliver technically accurate designs. Prototyping is a plus.
• Partner with CRO manager as co-lead for Quality Assurance checks across site & tests.
• Communicate and maintain project deadlines within Asana project management tool.
• Achieve quarterly/monthly design roadmap milestones on-time.
• Maintain a design system within Figma.
• Solicits and assimilates design feedback and executes revisions with a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide a fresh perspective
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative space
  
  

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design/Digital Design or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in digital design, UX/UI Design & e-commerce experience preferred
• Figma experience required. Working knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Asana, and/or Adobe XD.
• Project management skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality deliverables.
• Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction and incorporate them into designs.
• Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
• A passion for solving user problems and creating simple solutions - creating user flows and wireframes that improve user interactions.
• Clean and elevated sense of visual design with impeccable design understanding in regard to typography, composition, and colors.
• Basic understanding of video editing is a plus.
• Experience with hand illustration is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills that support the team and company.

SALARY RANGE

$90,000-$110,000 Annually

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
