Summary

Keep Supply’s Sales Support Manager will work alongside the Account Coordinator team to make sure our customers and partners derive value from our loyalty-building service mindset. The Sales Support Manager is responsible for the day to day processing

and management of customer Quotes. Our goal is to provide everyone with unreasonably good service and be the best part for all that we serve.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coach the rest of the Account Coordinator team and assist in day-to-day tasks.
  • Responsible for weekly 1:1’s with fulfillment team members and proper documentation
  • Process customer quote requests and ensure that account managers are clearly communicated with on open and completed quotes.
  • Responsible for keeping the open quotes at consistently low volume.
  • Ensure quotes are proactively moved into the appropriate follow up status.
  • Minimize time spent per quote by educating the team on the most efficient, effective process.
  • Work within the Sales team to create and implement territory and organizational processes relating to tasks or redundancies.
  • Work closely with leads across Keep Supply to fine tune interdepartmental processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a customer service or operational position
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Have basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
