As a People-Centered Strategy & Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Business Strategy Team, combining strategic business insights with exceptional user experience design skills. This role is a means to make a difference: you will engage in some of our highest-priority strategic and operational efforts, converting ideas into tangible results. You will lead projects, many of which originate from the CEO, COO, or the Business Strategy team itself. You will collaborate with a talented, accomplished, and experienced group of colleagues from a variety of functions to help shape the future of our organization. This role is focused on enhancing experiences for our candidates, clients, and colleagues, turning strategic initiatives into clear, effective, and user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate People-Centered Experiences
  • Improve how candidates experience the firm before, during, and after the interview process.
  • Increase colleague engagement and retention through programs that support connection, growth, and belonging.
  • Enhance client interactions to reflect our values and build lasting trust.
  • Apply both proven methods and original ideas to raise the bar across recruiting, employee experience, and client service.

Drive Strategic Projects from Insight to Impact

  • Lead high-priority initiatives from the CEO, COO, and Business Strategy team, translating strategy into action.
  • Use research, testing, and iteration to design user-centered solutions that drive tangible results.
  • Evaluate and execute opportunities—such as new tools, services, or workflows—with a bias for thoughtful, high-quality implementation.
  • Use data and feedback to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
  • Make the Organization More Effective
  • Lead improvements that boost productivity, streamline internal processes, and create more meaningful experiences for colleagues and clients.
  • Use GenAI and automation to reimagine end-to-end employee workflows.
  • Redesign how teams use Jira to make planning more intuitive and useful.
  • Help the firm become more agile by placing human-centered design at the core of how we grow and change.

Requirements

  • A deep commitment to user-centric design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in UX design, strategy, or related roles.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and user advocacy.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading change initiatives and embedding design thinking into strategic projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
