Your Mission

The Home Care Aide Recruiter supports CASL’s ability to deliver reliable, compassionate in-home services by recruiting and onboarding qualified Home Care Aides. As the Home Care Aide Recruiter, you will build a steady candidate pipeline through community outreach and targeted recruitment, guide candidates through the hiring process, and complete onboarding requirements. Your work helps In-Home Services meet staffing needs and prepares new hires to begin their assignments.<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}">

Compensation & Benefits:
