Your Mission To The Team

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across multiple job functions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, aligning on hiring priorities, role requirements, and timelines
Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, including direct search, job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach
Run Recruiter screens that assess technical fundamentals and cultural fit, and present well-qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
Provide training and recruiting expertise on job creation, interviewing best practices, offer negotiations, and other recruiting functions
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, with timely communication and a consistent, professional process at every stage
Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems that support company growth
Anticipate recruiting and hiring program needs, identify issues early, and develop creative, cost-effective solutions that keep pace with Meridian Space’s evolving needs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting across various job functions.
Strong technical acumen
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience managing internal and external job boards
Experience managing a high-volume requisition load with competing demands from various business groups
Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of search/agency recruiting experience – specializing in technical roles
Start-up experience at a hardware or aerospace company
Experience with ATS software integration and implementation
Passion for space exploration and creating state-of-the-art systems
