Location: Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid

This hybrid position requires time spent onsite at client locations.

What You Will Do

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
• Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths
• Match qualified candidates with position requirements
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews
• Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role
• Experience working toward goals or performance metrics
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Interest in recruiting, sales, and the staffing industry
