Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a real estate/construction company seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including background checks and employment documentation
• Ensure seamless handoff of new hires to HR on their first day for compliance and culture integration
• Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in recruiting and onboarding workflows; actively source for potential candidates
• Deliver solutions and recommendations that support department objectives and minimize ramp-up time
  
  

Background Expected:

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and external contacts alike
  
  

Salary Range, Based On Experience

• $115,000 - 150,000
